his spring brings not only renewed hope for a
change of seasons, but hope for a rebirth of the
world as we knew it pre-COVID. Although we are likely
still a few months away from that goal, we'll continue
to look forward and hope for the best as we reach for
the sun after this dark time. To that end, many folks may
still want to stick a little closer to home, in this issue we
offer some ideas about infusing a wee bit of Irish cheer—at home.
Cookies, crafts, drink and song are all here in our at home St. Patty's
Day Guide.
As you may know, spring and summer are the busiest months to
move. Folks wanting to get out of the old and into the new in time
for school and while the weather cooperates. Our Moving Checklist
will have you organized in no time and may well contribute to your
least stressful move yet. Of course we'll also touch on decor—this
month it's decorating with bold colors and as always real estate
stats for both rentals and sales.
