new finds. "We found the old school desk at a thrift store, we used mason
jars that used to belong to my grandmother, to hold the crayons, the end
table was free from a neighbor, the pillows mostly came from Home
Goods, the wreath on the door is the Hearth and Hand line
from Target. The faux boxwoods are from
IKEA, I just added bark to make them feel
more natural. Nikki finds most of her
items at Home Goods yard sales and
thrift stores. "Don't expect to have
everything at once," Nikki says. "It
takes time to build on and design
and then redesign."
When you are sitting on a porch like
this, it feels like you have all the time
in the world.
