They carry this organic mentality throughout the restaurant by recycling, composting, using green cleaning products, low-VOC paint, etc. It is a lifestyle here and they do it well. Menus change monthly with most items offered in small and large portions. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free a la carte and tasting menu options also available. Choose to dine in the dining room, up to the counter or in the sunroom. On warm days many folks opt to dine al fresco on the patio for brunch. Tilth Harvest Beat Contemporary vegan dishes made with mostly organic ingredients (some grown in the garden out back) are the standout in the set- price, single-seating dinners presented at Harvest Beat.
