A s the days get longer and spring peaks its sleepy eyes out from beneath the warming soil, we turn our attention to color. Casting off the grays and cool winter neutrals, our 3rd annual color issue will inspire you to change it up a bit. Peacock greens and blues, tangerines, Gen Z yellow (at least that's what the kids are calling it these days) will infuse your living space with a burst of this most colorful season. Along the way we'll touch on another springtime ritual—although not so fun—taxes. With the new laws you could be in for some changes, here's what how they could affect the homeowner. Ravishing rugs and a delightful vegan artichoke Quiche Lorraine round out this bountiful spring edition. Of course Spring and Summer are the busiest times of the year for sales. If you are curious about the market or interested in what your home may sell for don't hesitate to reach out. Kathryn Kathryn Lerner Broker, SRES, Luxury Marketing Specialist Avenue Properties
