A
h, February, the month of love. Love it or
hate it, with a gush of cold air, February
ushers in 30 days of chocolate, kisses,
cards and affection. The pressure to impress, to be
original, to garner that adoration it can be daunting.
In this issue we break down some of the most
romantic restaurants in Seattle and the Eastside
based on the level of expectancy—first date, going
well, and proposal worthy.
So make a reservation
early and cross that off your list! Or plan a quiet
evening at home.
Pack your bags and that tenderly worded letter you thoughtfully
composed (you did that right? we have you covered there too) and head
out to the romantic weekend in the wonderful town of Whistler. Here
you'll partake in skiing excursions, relaxing massages and exquisite food
and scenery.
Of course in this issue we'll also cover some rental related topics. One that
seems to be the upper most in minds is your security deposit. How to ensure
that you get all (or most) of your security deposit back—there are tricks and
tips and items to prepare for in advance to better your chances. Market stats
for sales (and rental rates) are also included in this packed issue.
I hope you have as much fun reading this issue as I have had putting it
together for you.
Amore!
