Beating the heat
It pays to be aware of a potential
downside to black window frame. Of
the primary concerns is heat as the
black color will absorb more, which
can of course be a good thing.
However if your windows face the
western sun or it gets particularly
hot where you live, heat transfer can
be a definite negative.
