R enew, revive, refresh. All words associated with a new year reboot. Once again a new year is upon us and if you are like most folks you have a set of goals to accomplish in the next 12 months. Renew your spirit by taking that long awaited tropical vacation this year (page 15), revive your romance by dining at one of the most romantic restaurants in the city (page 13), and refresh your interiors with a splash of greenery. Yes, greenery. The official Pantone Color of the Year (page 3). Pantone has cast the first stone in revitalizing the new year by selecting this calming hue meant to inspire hope and reignite the need for nature and connection. So often we are distracted by our devices and screens and often after the holidays we have an influx of old outdated phones, tablets, i-pods, etc. Why not start your refresh by purging those old electronics (in a responsible way)? We have you covered there as well. Check out Electronic Overload (page 8) for easy ways to recycle your unwanted devices. With the new year, many may choose to look inward and stay close to home, make it an environment that you want to be in, a place that inspires you and invites the type of energy into your life that will enable you to accomplish those goals. The year is fresh; the possibilities are endless. Happy 2017! Casey Casey Holme Windermere Real Estate
