festivities around town, this
is the place to do it. The fun
at Greenwood kicks off a
few hours earlier than most
other celebrations.
CAPITOL HILL
The clubs of Capitol Hill
offer parties galore for
adults, but there's plenty
on for the kiddies too. At
Capitol Hill's Hilloween
celebration, kids of all
ages will get a chance to
participate in a costume
parade, trick or treat from
area merchants lining
Broadway Ave. and follow
it all up with a pizza party at Pagliacci's
where kids donning their favorite costume
get a free slice!
WEST SEATTLE
The West Seattle Admiral District is a great
Halloween setting for the entire family. Kids
in costumes can be seen for blocks as they
line the street and collect their goodies
from the area merchants who participate
year after year.

MADISON PARK
Businesses along East Madison Street in
Madison Park will be offering sweets
for trick-or-treaters, as they do each year
for Halloween. Bring your costumed kids
to collect candy from the shops and
restaurants along the neighborhood's main
drag. There is no official list of participating
businesses, but if you come in costume
you're likely to receive a treat from any
stop along East Madison Street—at both
retail stretches near the waterfront and in
Madison Valley. That's a lot of treats and
little to no tricks!
PHINNEY RIDGE
Head north to the Phinney Ridge
(Phinney Ave./Greenwood Ave.)
neighborhood, and you'll find plenty of
little ghosts, goblins and other characters
enjoying Halloween during this Greenwood
celebration. If you want to get some trick or
treating in before the other neighborhood
