Renovated in 2012 Cottonwood makes great use of its abundant natural light aided by custom designed windows and large, sliding garage doors that open out onto a sizeable covered patio with picnic tables and a deck for some of the best live music in Texas - with never a cover charge! Hearty plates of upscale pub fare are served in easygoing, fashion. Huge selection of beers, whiskies and bourbon. Cottonwood regularly hosts special events such as crawfish boils, game tournaments and paired dinner - super bonus..... dogs are allowed! While there are many parks in the area few have the option of T.C. Jester Park. Boasting a 31,000 square foot run for big dogs and a 16,000-square foot run for small dogs, for a total enclosure of 1.08 acres this is really a doggie paradise. There are benches & dog drinking fountains in both sections. T. C. Jester was voted the Best Place to Walk a Dog by the Houston Press and it proves to be true. If your canine is more of the exploring type, opt for the walking trails that are paved and great for biking as well. Honorable Mentions: House of Fries El Rey Taqueria Sassafras OUTSIDE ADV ENTURES
