as you look at homes. Some people prefer a spreadsheet, while others may prefer to take separate notes for each home. You'll want to be able to make comments that correspond with any photos you take. In your notes, be sure to identify homes by their address, so you can cross-reference them with notes from a REALTORĀ®. Accept That There Is No "Right" Time To Buy If you find the perfect home now, don't risk losing it because you're trying to guess where the housing market and interest rates are going. Those factors usually don't change fast enough to make a difference in an individual home's price. In today's tight market you must be ready to act fast. Don't ask for too many opinions.
