W
ith summer in full swing it is time to get
outside and enjoy the season. In this issue
of Maison Magazine we'll touch on a few tips to make
your outdoors more appealing, the place where everyone
wants to be at this time of year; whether you have a
spacious yard or a minuscule balcony, every square inch
counts. We'll help you define and highlight the space to
make the most of what you have and create your own
oasis. Once you have that done, why not have a picnic in
your new space? July is national picnic month and we'll
talk beverage pairings at budget prices.
New in this issue we also take you deep into the world of Instagram and
highlight the taste makers that have gotten our attention. In this issue we'll
focus on cheese and the oh so trendy (and delicious) charcuterie boards—there
is more to it than throwing some cheese on a plate! Meg Quinn, food stylist
and influencer pulls back the curtain and spills her secrets to a great looking
grazing board. You'll be the hit at the next neighborhood pot luck!
Wallpaper is making a comeback, although some folks are a bit leery to get
stuck (literally) with a design choice they want to disappear after a year or two.
Removable wallpaper is the genius solution. From headboards to accent walls
to small space statements there is so much to do with wallpaper.
Of course we round out every issue with current market stats to keep your mind
in the real estate game—even if just window shopping. Enjoy the decor, savor
the cheese, relax in the outdoors with a glass of vino.
Life is just better in the summertime.
