The traditional Japanese Matcha could make an appearance in two different drink preparations, one with a sake base, and the other in a nonalcoholic beverage that combines coconut cream and lime with the finely ground tea leaves. Matcha and sake come together in this out-of-the-ordinary (and festively colored) cocktail. Chill a can of sake ahead of time and you can whip this drink up in seconds! INGREDIENTS 1 can of Snow Maiden Nigori sake ½ tsp matcha powder 1 tsp agave syrup, adjust to taste HOW TO MAKE IT Freeze your Snow Maiden can for at least six hours or overnight. Open the top to add matcha powder and agave syrup. (Adjust for your desired level of sweetness.) Put the cap back on and shake well. Enjoy straight from the can or pour over ice. Japanese Matcha
