The traditional Japanese Matcha could make an appearance
in two different drink preparations, one with a sake base, and the
other in a nonalcoholic beverage that combines coconut cream and
lime with the finely ground tea leaves.
Matcha and sake come together in this out-of-the-ordinary (and festively
colored) cocktail.
Chill a can of sake ahead of time and you can whip this drink up in
seconds!
