A WOOD IMBALANCE may present itself by affecting your capability to make (and stick with your) decisions. If you have a family member with whom you do not get along, that can be a Wood imbalance as well. If you are feeling and expressing explosions of anger regularly, that's also a Wood imbalance. Cures (solutions) include: • Introduce the color green to your environment. • Wear the color green, even if it's a scarf, socks, or belt. • Add beautiful house plants to your home or office, and maintain them. • Get out in nature and take a walk or run daily. • Wear comfortable, practical clothing. • Build something with tools such as a hammer and nails. A FIRE IMBALANCE may show up as feeling completely burned out after being with a lot of people for an extended period of time. Cures (solutions) include: • Add candles to your home or office, preferably in red, vibrant yellow or orange. • Adding some warm colors such as red, vibrant yellow or orange to your environment. • Adding some warm colors such as red, vibrant yellow or orange to your attire. • Wear sparkly jewelry that's fun. • Barbecue your dinners. • Turn on your fireplace daily, or make a fire in your wood-burning one.
