P
umpkin pie, football, and falling leaves are the
definition of Autumn. A time when comfort foods
dusted with nutmeg and sentiment take center stage
and jewel tones punctuate the trees. It's also harvest bounty,
that time of year when farmers reap rewards for their efforts
and their prizes also adorn our mantels and tabletops for
visitors to admire.
Autumn is a time for reflection—much like the season in life.
A time to take stock of summer and reflect on the memories made, and a
time to prepare for the joys of the holidays. Autumn is a time to stroll
through parks in chunky knit sweaters, relax in front of a fire with a warm
cup of cider and ease into the next season.
In this issue we touch on the attributes of the season—honey harvest,
trendy fall home accessories, and Halloween cookies. We'll also
rediscover succulents for indoor and outdoor appeal and of course dive
into the ever changing real estate market.
Lots to do and see in these next two months, we hope you'll take us
along for the ride.
