t this time of year, at this time of COVID perhaps you have lost
your enthusiasm to get outside. But with the weather changing
and the warmer air beckoning you to lace up your shoes and
breathe in the fresh air, this is actually the perfect time all
around for walking —for pleasure. To restructure resolutions that may have
fallen by the wayside in a shape that informs us as a "want to" as opposed
