areas. Since Jayne's business depends on relationships and referrals and not geography her
territory has extended from Everett to Auburn with an emphasis on North Seattle. Although
her focus is on single family homes, condos and small multi-family properties, she has also
successfully negotiated contracts for co-ops, short sales, bank-owned homes, vacant land,
development sites, manufactured homes and commercial leases. Eleven years of medical
research taught Jayne the importance of accurate paperwork which is the key component of
