A
s 2020 comes to a close, there is no doubt this
will be a year we won't soon forget. This year has
presented all sorts of tests— patience, faith, health and
even fortitude. As we gather to celebrate the holidays,
many without family and friends I wanted to send a
special wish—just to put it out there in the universe for
happier times ahead. This year for many has also brought gratitude
in unexpected ways, which may be the silver lining in all of this.
Time to reflect, spend time with family, and appreciate the many
good things that we may have been too hurried to do before, the
simpler things, like a walk around the neighborhood or meals with
everyone home.
In this issue we present some distractions by way of fun-filled
holiday articles. Gifts that give back, holiday colors and what
they represent according to feng shui, and healthy living ideas to
consider when choosing a new neighborhood. While it may feel
strange to celebrate at this time, it's important to not lose track of
the promise of the rainbow. That there will always be another day.
With this holiday season upon us, I want to wish you and your
family the merriest of days and the hope of new tomorrows.
