S
ummer is coming to an end, and even with all of the
challenges this year I think that the glorious PNW
summer weather this year (as always) was a true mood
lifter.
It's not too late to put your patio together for some late
season al fresco dining or even for a change of scenery
for cocktails and conversations. In this issue we'll touch
on the myriad of ways to make your patio (or porch)
stand out with your own style—no matter how small.
We also touch on renting during COVID and ways to protect yourself
while still looking for that perfect abode.
We'll also venture into the beautiful city of Kirkland, the thirteenth
largest city in WA. With a mix of urban and suburban, this city by
the water is often considered one of the best places to live in King
County. Summertime farmers markets, the Marina and there is always
something to do in the quaint downtown area from restaurants, coffee
shops, and parks. The public schools in Kirkland are highly rated and
although this city is mostly owner occupied there are still great rentals
to be found.
Come explore with us in this last summer issue of 2020.
