to your space, rugs also add texture and
character to any room. For added warmth
and interest, consider a rug with a prominent
weave or construction style, like basket
weave or braided abaca, hand-spun jute,
or hand-knotted wool; these styles look
timeless in neutral, nature-inspired hues.
For an inviting, curated feel, try layering
two rugs on top of one another. This works
best in spacious rooms where you want to
add more interest. A large jute or abaca rug
makes a great base layer, then you can add
a rug with more personality on top. For a
