A
s the new year is well underway I find it not that
coincidental that the first holiday is synonymous
with chocolate. For those who are steadfast in
the "health and wellness" resolution this day may be the
first real challenge. February 14th can inspire a myriad of
emotions from giddy, to panic to just plain sad. We can
help with the panic by sharing a unique Valentine's Gift list,
the panic, you're on your own.
This month we'll also touch on rental red flags. When you
are viewing a property and something just does not feel
right, you sense a sort of cover-up, or the agent is rude and preoccupied.
Take it all in and trust your gut. But having these tips and tricks might just
help you avoid 12 months of misery.
We'll also take a look at Madison Park, one of Seattle's most exclusive
and coveted neighborhoods. Nestled on the shore of Lake Washington
with lake access, trendy boutiques and popular restaurants, yet just 10
minutes from downtown Seattle. Let us show you around the beauty that
is Madison Park.
Of course we'll also touch on rental and sales trends for King and Pierce
Counties. It's getting busy out there, now is the time to either find your
ideal rental or stay put—while there will be more properties coming on
the market in the spring and summer months, the competition will also
increase.
Here's to loving on the day of love, and loving where you live!
