A
s the holidays quickly approach and the hustle
and bustle of the season takes hold, it's nice
(necessary) to carve out a little "me" time. This of
course is easier said than done. Between the shopping,
the cards, the decorations and end of year recitals and
conferences, work parties and various other obligations,
why not take a moment to unwind with friends at
a casual dinner or grab a festive cocktail and enjoy
the merriment. We have done the research and have
mapped out the most festive places in and around
Seattle, Bellevue and Sammamish to do just that - Eat, Drink & Be Merry.
In this our 4th Holiday issue we depart from our usual gift guide and
focus on giving of another sort - to well deserving charities, specifically
ones that kids can get excited about, because it is never too early to
teach the kiddos about giving back. With this list they'll have plenty of
options to choose from that will ignite their giving spirit.
As Christmas decor goes, none has been more popular as of late than
Farmhouse. It's easier and less expensive than you might think. Take a
tour of This Robin's Nest founder Nicole Hilton-Martineau's holiday decor
and see how she brings it all together using found objects and simple
strategies.
Of course we also feature current sales market stats to keep you updated
and informed on our real estate happenings.
Wishing you all the best this Holiday Season and a very Happy New Year!
