It then randomly draws the names and matches them up with each other. As for the task of letting everyone know who they've got? The app features an email template you can use to easily send notifications. It's way simpler than drawing a name out of hat, especially if you've got people in a few different locations! Just a head's up for multidenominational groups, though, the app is quite Christian-oriented! The Christmas List is the perfect companion if you are on that shopping outing and can't remember who you have bought for and who is left. The easy-to- use app allows you to input everyone you need to buy for and set a budget for each person. It also allows you to record any present ideas and check them off as you buy them. Worried about your cheeky younger siblings, nephews or nieces (or even an impatient partner!) snooping on your list? Fear not, you can set a password! TaskRabbit is about to become your new favorite app. When you use TaskRabbit, you can get help with everything from running errands, to building furniture (such as an IKEA dresser). Any.do is another great app for organization. It gives you a place to keep track of all your to-dos, between party planning and buying Christmas presents for friends and family. With Any.do, you can manage your to-do lists as you would with other similar apps—but you can also use its nifty new AI-powered assistant to take care of tasks that Any.do's algorithm has determined a chatbot could help complete.
