A
s the holidays approach quickly (where did the
year go?!) I often get overwhelmed with the items
on my growing to-do list. Friends to see, events to
attend (and let's be honest here, it is the downtown holiday
carousel and finding a santa line that is not too long), and
gifts to purchase, it can drive a girl crazy with trying to fit
it all in and stay sane. Enter the 24 Apps for the holidays.
A well culled list of every type of app you might need to
keep your head on over the next two months. When there's
a million and one things to do, let these apps help you do
it all and stay organized (and sane) during the next two
months.
If moving is on your own to-do list, don't get caught in that frustration of
finding a reputable mover panic. Allowing enough tie to research and price
shop could make the difference in getting a good deal or getting suckered.
Read our 'What Movers Don't Want You To Know' article to stay ahead of
the curve and learn to talk the talk with your movers.
Of course if it all becomes too much—pack a warm beverage and some
fresh cookies and just go sit in your car and look at the water. We have a
lot of it here in the Pacific Northwest and Mercer Island is a great place
to start. In this issue we spotlight this quaint community and all it has to
offer—year round.
Keep warm, and I'll see you in December.
