Holiday Sweets By mixing a variety of holiday goodies this grazing board is perfect for the adults or kids table! Baked Brie Perfect for Holiday gatherings BAKED BRIE and some yummy jams to make it extra special over the holidays!! Meg used the tomato jam from Jammy Yummy on this gooey Camembert. MEG'S TIPS FOR EASY CHEESE BOARD ELEVATION T he garnish! It's so easy. Putting a sprig of rosemary or lavender flowers on, let's say, a couple cheeses. These are things that people have in their backyard. I think it makes the dish at hand look lovely and rustic. I always like to add a little whimsy. Here are a few of my favorite, easy add-ons: • Mint! • Pomegranate seeds are a good one. It photographs really nicely! • Add in some color: not only do fruits and veggies bring color to a board, your guests will appreciate the vibrancy. • Regional flavors should be reflected in the garnish. If I'm doing something a bit more Italian, I know that basil is going to complement the ingredients really well. • Think about the shapes on your boards. For example, if you have a couple of round ramekins, fan some of your other ingredients in concentric patterns.
