Piñarita
If you've got a long-forgotten
pineapple taking up space on
your counter, why not turn to
tequila to help you take care
of it? Move over, mimosa, the
sweet and salty Piñarita is
here to wake up your summer!
Ingredients
• 4 cups frozen, chopped
pineapple
• 1 cup fresh squeezed lime
juice
• 1 cup white tequila
• 1 cup Triple Sec or Cointreau
• Fresh pineapple and/or
lime slices for garnish
• kosher salt for rim
• Agave syrup (to sweeten, as
needed)
