somewhere in the house, and the office seemed the perfect location. We started with basic red brick textured paneling from Home Depot, which my husband and a friend installed. Then I randomly painted a few bricks here and there, and applied drywall mud over the entire thing, thicker in some spots than others. After the mud was dry, I started sanding and chipping all over to give it a worn look. It made a complete mess, with drywall dust everywhere, but I love how it turned out." Other found and treasured items round out the space. "The huge ornate mirror is my favorite. I picked this up for a steal at a rummage sale a few years ago. At the time, I had nowhere to put it, but couldn't pass it up! It sat for almost two years and made it through packing and moving before finding a home in my office," said Tracy.
