W
ith each new year comes the inevitable
resolutions; to do more, to do better, to be
better. In New Year's issues of the past we
have jumped on the band wagon with articles about home
improvement, organization and de-cluttering. This year
however, feels different, indeed our world is different.
Starting with our annual Color of the Year article, even
Pantone is nudging a more self aware color—Living Coral—
meant to remind and inspire about vulnerable world wonders—specifically
the (dying) coral reefs. You'll learn how to use this color in your decor, but
more importantly what you can do to help protect this most precious of
wonders (hint: start with your sunscreen). We'll explore the creation and
calming benefit of Zen Gardens and we'll even give you a diet busting
delight by way of Devil's Cake.
Of course you'll find market stats for the area (real estate is also changing
with the rise of interest rates) and recent transactions.
In closing, and in breaking from the "do more/be better" new years traditions,
I want to wish you love and light, peace and happiness, calm and restful
introspection for 2019.
