O ur holiday issue is always one of my favorites in that we include our annual gift guide and fun holiday themed articles. This year for our gift guide we have taken a bit of a departure from the past and pared it down a bit. We've thrown out beauty and tech trends and are looking closely at holiday parties. The need to reconnect with friends and family, to not worry so much about the gifts and realize the time we spend together IS the gift. Simplicity, while still being able to celebrate and show appreciation for those on your list. We're calling it 'The List For Someone Who Has Everything Or Nothing' and I think you'll find a little something for most folks on your list. In this holiday issue we'll also discuss decorating that fireplace, literally in the fireplace. Many rentals have fireplaces but it is stipulated in their lease that they are for decor only, so decor it up! Sparse Spruce will offer some tips and tricks for decorating a small abode and if you are planning for guests this season be sure to check out our article about prepping that guest room (or pull out space). We'll touch on tips for on-line shopping security, Holiday Vibes & Style and of course a fun winter themed recipe. You'll also find rental stats, as is the norm, and King County sales stats —the market is changing so check it out! Besides sharing these entertaining and informative reads with you, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for reading my renters magazine. You are the reason that I do what I do from a property management standpoint with a tip of the hat toward the creative.
