As much as the rains of autumn can be a bummer, there's almost
always an upside to be had, like cozy dinners and mycorrhizal fungi!
Mushroom foraging is like an Easter egg hunt for adults and could quite
possibly be the best woodland activity of all time. You get to go for a
hike (exercise check), breathe the fresh air, discover hidden treasures
and then eat them (exercise negated by drowning mushrooms in butter).
